Because estate planning and probate often intersect with complex tax obligations, Pam brings specialized knowledge and experience in estate tax returns, fiduciary income tax filing, and complex trust administration. Her extensive background in tax—including serving as an Estate Settlement and Tax Officer for major financial institutions where she managed fiduciary accounts and tax operations at the highest national levels—allows Pam to craft comprehensive strategies that protect assets and minimize tax liabilities while providing peace of mind that every financial and legal detail is handled accurately.
